Vice Chancellor
For over ten years, Vice Chancellor Patrick Perry has served the System Office and the California Community College system in managing and administering Technology, Research, and Information Systems programs. Vice Chancellor Perry has performed work in support of system initiatives, including:

Fostering ongoing systemwide technology efforts, such as CCCApply, Confer, and Tran, providing the system centralized internet connectivity for all campuses, and greatly expanding faculty and staff development opportunities in technology areas;

Leveraging the uses of the MIS data collection by developing the System Office Data Mart, Referential Files, and centralized Federal IPEDS and Student Right-to-Know reporting systems;

Securing data matching relationships with external data sources that have allowed the system to fully capture student demography, progress, transfer movement, and wage outcomes; and

Most recently, leading the system to the successful completion of its Accountability Reporting for the California Community Colleges (ARCC) report.
